Can my insurance company make me use their preferred body shop?
No. In California, Insurance Code §758.5 says an insurer cannot require you to have your car repaired at a specific shop. Your insurer can suggest a shop, but the choice is yours. Tell your adjuster you've chosen Express Collision Centers in Wasco and we will work with them on the claim.
How do I get an estimate?

Do I have to pay a deductible?
If you file a claim with your own insurance, you usually pay your deductible to the shop and your insurer pays the rest. If another driver caused the accident and you file with their insurance, there is normally no deductible. We can walk you through it when you call.
